According to what has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the AC Milan club management could be looking for a new striker to add to the team in the next summer transfer window.

As per the report this morning, the Rossoneri have rekindled interest in Jonathan David, Lille's Canadian striker who is 24 years old.
The forward, in fact, will leave the Ligue 1 outfit at the end of the season on a free transfer and is appreciated by several important European clubs besides Milan, such as Barcelona, Atlético Madrid, Inter, and Napoli.
This season, the attacker has started strong, scoring 8 goals in 13 games, one of which was crucial against Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League competition.
Will Milan be able to sign Jonathan David on a free?
Commissions will be key to signing him, as per the newspaper. Not at the level of those for Joshua Zirkzee who chose to join Manchester United.
As for Tammy Abraham, he is on loan but hasn't fully convinced as he must start finding the back of the net consistently to change the Rossoneri's stance.
Regarding the English forward, there's the issue of agreeing on player valuations (involving Alexis Saelemakers). Roma had intended to ask for around 25 million euros. However, the David option is now in play.
