A turbulent break for the Milan environment, certainly not helped by the defeat, their fourth of the season, suffered in Florence last week. Massimo Marianella, speaking live on Sky Sport 24, had this to say about the Rossoneri’s current situation:

“A galactic-sized De Gea stood between Milan and victory. Watching the match as an observer, I was in the stands, I had different feelings than the result and the controversies that followed. Fiorentina deserved to win, yes, and played a great game, an important step forward for Palladino and the team."
He continued to talk about Milan's loss against Fiorentina:
"Milan lost in a strange match, in my opinion playing better than the result and the criticisms suggest. That’s the feeling I had, especially at the beginning of the second half when they came out with personality and started to dominate the game."
He added:
"Then they found a Fiorentina that really came alive, but for me, Milan right now deserves less criticism than they’re getting. It’s a team that, in my opinion, just needs to put a few more pieces together.”
