Napoli won 1-0 at home against Lecce in the first match on Saturday of Serie A's ninth round. By doing so, the team of Antonio Conte secured another day at the top of the standings, regardless of tomorrow night's result between Inter and Juventus.
Their next fixture will be on Tuesday at San Siro against Milan, who had this weekend off due to the postponed match with Bologna but now sit 8 points behind due to the game in hand.
