Italian journalist Carlo Pellegatti shared some comments in his latest video on his YouTube channel, focusing on the upcoming Milan - Napoli match, from Paulo Fonseca to Rafael Leao.
He reveals that Noah Okafor might be preferred over Rafael Leao, as the Portuguese player wasn’t originally supposed to play against Bologna either.

Here are his words:
"On the left, we'll see... Fonseca has to decide. In my opinion, Okafor is ahead, but that’s just my assumption. The final training session will be crucial. According to the information I received, Leao wasn’t supposed to play against Bologna. I trust Fonseca, I have no other choice; he seems to be Milan’s point of reference. He has tried to get Leao to work more with the team; he wants 11 players who can maintain pace and intensity for the entire 90 minutes."
Pellegatti continued to talk about Leao's situation with Paulo Fonseca at Milan:
"The dilemma is Leao's class and unpredictability or Okafor's energy and liveliness. Fonseca leans towards the latter option, putting the Portuguese somewhat on the sidelines. These decisions should help Leao grow; for the Napoli match, Okafor is likely."
