AC Milan's star is Rafael Leao. The fans always expect a high performance from him whenever he's on the pitch. Recently, however, he has not been able to showcase all of his skills under the guidance of head coach Paulo Fonseca who joined the club last summer to replace Stefano Pioli.

Leao is struggling this season:
So far this season, the left-winger, formerly of Lille, has only scored one goal and registered four assists after 11 matches between the Serie A and UEFA Champions League. In several occasions already, he was benched from the start, or taken off the field too early by the tactician. This has created tension between the Portuguese coach and his countryman.
A solution is needed for Rafael Leao
According to what is reported by the daily Turin-based newspaper, Tuttosport today, in fact, the Rossonero number 10 has instructed his entourage to monitor the situation in view of the January transfer market unless things change with Paulo Fonseca (either the relationship is amended or he gets sacked by the club).
The relationship between the two is described as 'anything but idyllic,' and for now, Fonseca is managing the situation largely on his own, without the assistance of any directors from the club.
