Rafael Leao is back, once again. On the night at the Bernabeu against Real Madrid, Milan’s Portuguese number 10 delivered a top performance after three league games starting on the bench, as pointed out by Calciomercato.com.
He had a shot deflected on Morata’s goal, a powerful run and assist for Reijnders’ 3-1 goal, and was a constant threat on the right side of the reigning European and Spanish champions’ defence.
In the locker room, the excitement was palpable, and Morata’s praise came right on cue:
