Former footballer, and now pundit at Sky Sport Italia, Giancarlo Marocchi, commented about AC Milan's 3-3 draw against Cagliari.
"I get the feeling that these players get excited to play in Madrid and in the derbies, but they really don’t care about protecting Maignan", he said. "But that's just how they are."
On AC Milan's defence, Marocchi also said:
"Theo Hernandez is the best attacking full-back we have, but if we have to find him a flaw."
He concluded:
"There are too many Milan players who go on the pitch and aren’t excited about defending their own goal."
