After the Netherlands' 4-0 victory over Hungary, Gianluca Di Marzio's team spoke with Tijjani Reijnders in the mixed zone of the Johan Cruijff Arena in Amsterdam.
The AC Milan midfielder, who has already contributed four goals and three assists between Serie A and the Champions League, spoke about the Scudetto race, his love for the Rossoneri club, and his contract renewal, which he described as a mere formality.
"I’m happy that the Netherlands qualified for the Nations League quarterfinals; it’s a great feeling," he said. "Now it’s Bosnia, and then the focus will shift back to Milan: we need to improve in the league, but I’m confident about the match against Juve."
What did Reijnders say on the Scudetto dream?
"I don't think it's too late for the Scudetto. There are only a few teams and few points separating them. Milan is evolving as a team, and things will improve."
On the Champions League:

"In the Champions League, we have our destiny in our hands; however, our goal is to finish among the top eight. The only way to achieve this is by winning the matches."
On the renewal with AC Milan, Reijnders said:
"We are discussing it at the moment, but I can't say more. However, I see myself at Milan until my thirties. It's one of the most beautiful clubs in the world, and it's an honor to play for it. Wearing Cruijff's number 14 shirt is very special, and I'm happy in Milan."
