Rafa Leao, MVP of Slovan Bratislava - Milan 2-3 match thanks to his goal, spoke to Sky Sport microphones.
On the crucial goal and important victory, the Portuguese said these words:

“This match should have ended with more goals; we needed to be more clinical in front of goal. We gave them two or three chances where they scored, and playing at home, they gained confidence. We could have done more, but the important thing is the victory.”
Why is this Milan so inconsistent? Leao replied:
“Games like this happen during the season. There are many matches and little time to recover. We need to be more ruthless. In these competitions, you have to step onto the pitch and show your opponents, from start to finish, that you are here to win.”
Leao, how did you experience that period on the bench?
“Everything has been resolved. The coach knows I don’t like being on the bench, but I am always ready to help the team. I’m happy, as everyone here is happy. Milan is doing a great job, and we need to better understand the ideas. But we’re all happy here.”
What are your goals?
“Today’s game was too important; we couldn’t do anything but win. We want to make it into the top eight. There are still three matches to win: if we win, we advance.”
