Tonight, AC Milan faces Berardi's Sassuolo at the San Siro stadium at 9:00 PM CET. The Neroverdi are a tough team to face for the Rossoneri, as many know.
The hope for the club and its supporters, however, is that Fonseca's team will cruise past their opponents.

Domenico Berardi, Sassuolo's star, is seen as the number one threat to Milan's defence. A player who is clearly above Serie B level but ended up there due to a serious injury sustained last season.
Today, Corriere dello Sport published the following headline about the Italian right-winger:
"Berardi wants to showcase himself."
He could have ended up at San Siro, having been repeatedly linked to both Milan and Inter. For the Rossoneri, it was Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara who wanted to bring him in to bolster Stefano Pioli’s squad.
His contract expires in 2027, and he earns 3 million euros net per season. It’s hard to imagine Sassuolo resisting his sale in January, especially if the offer is compelling for all parties involved.
How much is Domenico Berardi's worth today?
While his value is no longer the 40 million euros once demanded, discussions could begin at around the 15 million euros mark. Meanwhile, Fonseca's Milan is taking precautions: in 20 matches against the Rossoneri, Berardi has scored 11 goals.
