Question: how satisfied are you with Rafael Leao’s growth in terms of attitude? Have you figured out how to motivate him?
"It’s the reality, not an impression. I think Rafa still has room to improve. He’s done well in the last matches, even with defensive attitude. Am I totally satisfied? No. He has the ability to do better. Rafa’s mindset should be focused on doing better."
Fonseca added:
"He scored 5 goals, but he should be thinking of scoring 20. When we have the ability, we must demand a lot from ourselves. He needs to be ambitious to always improve. He’s on the right path, but he shouldn’t stop now."
