Today, the first press conference of AC Milan's new head coach, Sergio Conceição, will be held.
The Portuguese tactician replaces his compatrior Paulo Fonseca, who was dismissed from his position.

The new Rossoneri coach, a Portuguese native born in 1974, played in Serie A from 1998 until January 2004, wearing the jerseys of Lazio, Parma, and Inter. With Lazio, he won the Scudetto, Coppa Italia, Supercoppa Italiana, UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup, and UEFA Super Cup.
Conceição most recent coaching experience was with Porto (from 2017 to 2024).
As the manager of the Dragões, he secured 11 trophies: 3 league titles, 4 Portuguese Cups, 3 Portuguese Super Cups, and 1 Portuguese League Cup.
During his tenure with Porto, he managed 379 matches, achieving 274 wins, 53 draws, and 52 losses, with a winning percentage of 72.30%.
At 12:00 CET PM, Conceição will be introduced to journalists and fans in the press room of the Milanello training center.
After the press conference and lunch, Milan will depart for Saudi Arabia, where the Italian Super Cup will take place from January 2 to 6, 2025.
