A name that is linked to Milan is Valencia's central defender, Cristhian Mosquera.
The player's agent, Sergio Barilla, of agency 'Invsport', has spoken to Pianeta Milan and said the following:
"Cristhian still has one year left on his contract. We are talking with the club and trying to get the best outcome for all parties. Right now, he is only focused on helping the team achieve its goals."

In recent days, there has been a lot of talk about Milan's interest in Cristhian Mosquera. In Spain, some claim Valencia rejected an offer. What can you say about this? Have you been in contact with Milan?
"I think Valencia has two high-level young central defenders, Cristhian and Yarek Gasiorowski, and I have the privilege of working with both. It’s normal for top-tier clubs to inquire about them. They are young, international players who compete with first-division clubs in a top league. I cannot discuss one club or another, it wouldn’t be professional for me to talk about the names of other clubs. I have respect for Valencia. Right now, Cristhian plays for Valencia, and I can’t add anything more on the subject."
What kind of defender is Cristhian Mosquera? Do you think he could suit Milan's style of play and Sérgio Conceição’s tactics?
"He is a very complete player. Athletic, fast, strong. He has an excellent mindset, always focused on the game, and is good with the ball. He can adapt to different styles or tactical systems without any issues. But again, I don’t want to talk about other clubs or managers. He is playing for Valencia, and it wouldn’t be appropriate to discuss Cristhian in the context of another club."

Mosquera's Agent also represents former Milan player Carlos Bacca...
"Bacca was happy at Milan. The decision to part ways was the club’s."
Carlos Bacca has often said he would have liked to stay at Milan. Why did he ultimately decide to leave?
"Bacca was happy at Milan, both for himself and his family. It was a decision made by the club. We accepted it, and I found a solution for both the player and the club. He scored over 30 goals in two seasons, which is no small feat."
Would you have liked to see Bacca at Milan with all the current quality on the flanks (Theo, Leão, Pulisic)? How many goals do you think he could have scored in this offensive Milan side?
"Bacca has scored and continues to score goals with different teams and different players. He’s a guarantee for goals. In this team, he would undoubtedly score. Milan has always had great players, in the past and now."
Has any other client of yours ever been close to joining Milan, or were there any discussions about Milan with another of your players? Perhaps among the younger ones, like Inter's Josep Martínez?
"My agency represents several excellent players, some of whom are internationals playing for top clubs. So it’s normal for clubs to ask me about them, they need to understand the market and the players’ situations."
