Returning to the Champions League, Milan will have limited options: 17 outfield players, including youngsters Bartesaghi and Camarda, while Bondo, Sottil, Jimenez, and Jovic, who are not on the UEFA list—will remain in Milan, along with the injured Emerson Royal and Florenzi (in addition to the already mentioned Loftus-Cheek) and the suspended Musah, who will return for the second leg in a week.
The Rossoneri will train again this morning at Milanello before flying to the Netherlands. In the late afternoon, the pre-match press conference will take place at De Kuip stadium in Rotterdam with Sergio Conceição and Tijjani Reijnders.
For Santiago Gimenez, it will be a homecoming (having played for Feyenoord until just ten days ago), but it will also be a special match for "Tiji," who will be playing in the Netherlands for the first time wearing a Milan shirt.
A curiosity: Reijnders has faced Feyenoord five times in his career, always with AZ Alkmaar, winning twice and losing three times.
