AC Milan and USMNT star, Christian Pulisic, granted an exclusive interview to those at 'Pro Soccer Wire' as he discussed the arrival of Mexican forward Santiago Gimenez to the Rossoneri team.
Here are his statements:

"It's been great to see. First of all [he's a] super nice guy, so we've got along quite well. I'm not going to take a lot of credit for that goal of his," he said with a laugh. "Obviously I passed him the ball, but he still had a good amount of work to do. So you can see the quality, everything about him right there on that finish and what he's about. He's off to a good start and we're grateful to have him here."
Pulisic on entering later during the match against Empoli and providing two assists:
"It was nice to come in with a little bit fresher legs in the second half. It's not always easy in the first half. It can, a lot of times, be very intense, very difficult to break through. Both teams have a lot of energy, and it's difficult."
"And then when the game slightly opens up a little bit more in the second half, that's your job [as a substitute] to come in and make an impact in the game. So I enjoyed that and I'm glad I could help the team to get us that win."
