Il Corriere dello Sport, on newsstands today, opens this morning’s front page with the words of Roberto Donadoni:
"This Milan has lost its style."

This is his view on the current Rossoneri team, which was sensationally eliminated from the Champions League by Feyenoord just a few days ago:
"I was in the stands the other night, and I suffered. I struggle to recognize Milan. It pains me—there is no longer that style, and I’m not just talking about what happens on the pitch," as relayed via Milannews.it.
Donadoni added:
"I have often wondered why Milan never considered me. Leonardo, Inzaghi, Seedorf, Brocchi, and Gattuso all passed through under the previous management… Galliani used to say it was Berlusconi’s decision. Once, I even asked Berlusconi, and he told me it was actually Galliani who didn’t want me.
"I have never interfered in the choices of people I am attached to, even though I thought Milan would have been my ideal destination—the most natural, almost physiological. In recent years, others have come forward, even Cagliari a couple of times, but negotiations never really took off—sometimes by my choice, other times by the club’s decision. And they have every right to do as they see fit."
