In the post-match press conference, Sergio Conceicao discussed his Milan's loss against Torino. Here's his comment on the 2-1 result:
"Very frustrating, for me, for the fans, and for those who work here. Really. We have to accept this, because if we don't accept it, something's wrong. Torino were winning 1-0 without shots on target and with a missed penalty. 30 seconds after the equalizer, a foul and it's 2-1. It's a moment where individual mistakes are heavy, they penalize us a lot. The last 12-15 goals are unforced errors, they have nothing to do with the formation. There are moments in the season where everything happens: it's not an excuse, it's the truth. There are too many individual mistakes, but in football, this happens."

Can you improve only with the right mindset? Conceicao answered:
"We always talk about attitude, but even today I saw a team that created a lot. We create situations, but then we need a little more in terms of the environment. We're here to work to change things, we're working hard. And the mistakes put us in difficulty. I want to say something truly from the heart: today, the season is not over, we are here strong, strong, to get to the end of the season for fourth place. I’ll be at Milanello working day and night: I don’t care, I’ll do hours and hours for fourth place."
Why the order of substitutions?
"I do it based on how I see the team and the match. Musah was on a yellow card, and having him in midfield could have been dangerous. The team, when they came on, didn't show the signs I wanted, so I changed again. I changed to try to win the match. But it's not about replacing this one or that one. Errors a bit like a circus."
Errors that repeat many times... Is it realistic to correct them?
"We do our job. I take full responsibility in front of you and the fans because I'm the face of the team. Then, each one in the locker room takes their own responsibility. We need to look at each other and see what's not going right. Attitude? Attitude what?! It's pride. Going home thinking there's training and giving our best."
