After the match Sergio Conceicao spoke to DAZN reporters:
"There was a hand foul on Bologna's equaliser. This is an error and we are not lucky with episodes. The result is negative, but the referee's mistake had an influence. We scored by playing a very good game, we played well at the beginning. The referee is not the only culprit but he influenced. We had a good attitude today. But these incidents always happen."
Conceicao continued:
"Referees also make mistakes, just like coaches. It's not easy because every day people talk about my situation... I know what I can do. If they tell me I'm not needed I'll leave without asking anything. I am calm and I want to calm people down: I have played almost 100 matches in the Champions League, I have won 13 trophies. But people enjoy talking about me, even my relatives notice it. This is not right."
