Lazio's coach Marco Baroni spoke at a press conference ahead of Sunday evening's match against Milan.
Here are his words, as reported by tuttomercatoweb.com:
How is Matias Vecino? Will Ivan Provedel reclaim the goalkeeping position?
"For the goalkeepers, you'll see on Sunday. Vecino is a key player for us, I repeat. When there are injuries, you need to feel and understand the player's sensations, and he’s very close. Yesterday, he did almost all of the training with us, I will talk to him. He won't start, but we'll see if he can play during the match."

How is Alessio Romagnoli? How do you assess Tijjani Noslin and Loum Tchaouna's recent form?
"Romagnoli is better, he did recovery work yesterday, and we’ll evaluate him in the next two sessions, but I believe he's in recovery. It was a preventative choice on my part for that discomfort in the adductor, I preferred not to take risks. I’d like to say a few words about Noslin and Tchaouna. I understand that in the recent past, there were players in this role who lived for the goal. I see other contributions in the game. For me, Loum played a good match. We need to support them all together. I want to remind everyone that the weight of scoring isn't just on the striker's shoulders, but on the whole team. These two players have given an important contribution, and I hope they can continue to provide contributions like those of some past predecessors."
How is Patric? What do you think of Sergio Conceição's Milan? Baroni replied:
"Milan is a very strong team with impressive individual players. They've been unlucky in certain situations, especially in the Torino match, where they shot twenty times at goal. It’s a great challenge to face, head-on, because of the quality and strength of the opponent. Patric is doing better, he worked with the team yesterday, and we’ll assess in the next two training sessions if there’s a chance he can join us at San Siro."
How has your Lazio changed since the first encounter on August 31?
"There’s still a lot of work to be done. The August match was played at a high level, and we put Milan in great difficulty for 40 minutes. We came out of that match stronger, and we need games like this. It's a long journey, and we're in the most beautiful and important phase now."
How has Milan changed since August 31? Baroni commented:
"They are a strong team. To reach the Champions League, you need to win matches, and Milan has all the qualities to do so. In January, they made some changes, some strong players left, and others arrived. They have some incredible individual talents, so we need to work as a team and minimize their individual qualities."
