Unless there are unexpected changes of heart, at the end of this season, the paths of the Frenchman and the Rossoneri club will part ways, partly due to a contract renewal that is struggling to take off.
Both parties, now fully aware of the path ahead, are said to be taking their first steps toward an eventual farewell, with the Rossoneri management starting to make moves to avoid being caught off guard later.

Maxim De Cuyper from Club Brugge and Tyrick Mitchell from Crystal Palace, a 1999-born player who has made 33 appearances and registered 4 assists in all competitions this season.
