What's Sergio Conceicao's future at Milan?
On this topic, the coach, speaking yesterday at a press conference in Milanello on the eve of the home match against Como, stated:
"You say that rumors about next year have dominated the past week, but are you joking? I've been hearing these rumors for a month and a half; they practically started the week after the Supercoppa victory. I can't control what others say. Sometimes, it feels like there's a lack of respect for those who work, but I've been in football for many years, and I'm used to it."
For some time now, discussions have been ongoing about the future of the Milan bench, where the Portuguese will not be present. Among the many names linked to the Rossoneri, Cesc Fabregas, the current Como coach, has also emerged. However, Conceição has no intention of reducing today's match at San Siro to a personal duel between him and the Spaniard:
"If my motivation to beat Como were just that, I’d be sick and should go to the hospital. It's not Conceição against Fabregas."

But the circulating rumors aren't just about the Portuguese coach. Some players, like João Félix, are also fighting for their future in this season finale. The Spanish playmaker is on a dry loan from Chelsea and is aiming for a confirmation, though at the moment, that appears highly complicated.
