As reported by Il Corriere dello Sport in print, Christian Pulisic is one step away from his career goal record. He is currently at 15, and with his next goal, he will set a new record. And Milan wants to secure him.

Currently, the American’s contract with the Rossoneri states a salary of 4 million euros per year until June 30, 2027, plus an option to extend for another season. Milan will not exercise that option. Or rather, they will extend the extension. In fact, there is already an agreement between the parties to push the contract’s expiration to 2028 while maintaining the option for another year.
Potentially, then, Pulisic could soon sign a renewal with Milan until 2029, when he will be nearing 31 years old.
All of this, of course, comes with a salary adjustment: from the 4 million euros he currently earns, the American will see his wages increase to 5 million plus bonuses. The handshake has already taken place, the signatures have not yet, but they will come soon. While waiting to further update his personal record.
