On Radio Napoli Centrale, during Calcio alla Radio – Terzo Tempo, journalist Carlo Pellegatti intervened:
"My Napoli-Milan memories? That 3-2 on May 1st that handed the Scudetto to the Rossoneri, and also that 5-1 with Van Basten scoring four goals. It wasn’t easy for anyone to win like that in Naples. But I also remember a 4-0 for Napoli, with an unstoppable Maradona. I also like to think about Napoli’s 1-0 victory over Milan with an incredible goal from Paolo Di Canio."
"Today's Milan lacks consistency, with too many ups and downs. The season started badly with the choice of Fonseca, which was not accepted by the environment. There were some positive glimpses, but then it collapsed. The choice then fell on Conceicao, who might be better suited to working from the beginning of the season. There are many problems and an almost constant state of protest. This has been a very troubled year."
Napoli for the Scudetto? Pellegatti commented:
"I will support Milan, and not against just to stop Inter from winning the title. At Milan, there is a small drama unfolding because there is the desire to win and the fear of handing the Scudetto to their Nerazzurri rivals. Napoli still needs to wake up because they have slowed down recently. Last chance for Milan? They’ve had many already, and so many points have been squandered. Conte? There are a lot of rumors, and I don’t know what he thinks. If he returns to the market and Milan doesn’t go for him, that would be serious."
