Speaking to Sky's microphones, Luca Marchegiani spoke about Milan and the Rossoneri's defeat on Napoli's field:
"The first goal Milan conceded is inexplicable. It means not having a tactical organization. Pavlovic made a serious mistake, and it's not the first one he's made. Every coach is different: some train for certain defensive situations, while others rely on the players' talent. Conceição had someone like Pepe at Porto, but at Milan, he doesn’t. Milan's midfield has the same problems as the defense."
Marchegiani added:
"The Rossoneri lack players capable of making Milan a team. The coach needs a different kind of approach. I was convinced that Milan, in terms of quality, was close to Inter, but I no longer think so. The only ones worth saving from this team are Reijnders and Pulisic. They don’t need a drill sergeant, but a coach who provides certainty."
