Former Inter player Alessandro Altobelli gave an interview to La Gazzetta dello Sport to discuss tonight's derby between the Nerazzurri and Milan. Here are Altobelli's words:
"I say that Milan worries me. For two reasons: because it is the only competition the Rossoneri can still win. And because, even in this difficult season, they have shown flashes of impressive performance. So, it would be a mistake to underestimate them. Is it unlikely given past encounters? But in those matches, there was also a lot of bad luck—I’m thinking especially of Riyadh."
Altobelli added:
"Inter will be at their best, regardless of Inzaghi’s lineup choices. I expect a lot from Çalhanoğlu, Thuram, and Barella. But it’s a derby—it will be fantastic to play and experience."
