The former number 10 and legendary captain of Udinese, Antonio (Totò) Di Natale, was interviewed recently by Sky Sport 24. The former black-and-white player shared his perspective on the season of the Udinese team, which is currently in tenth place, tied with Torino, and just 8 points behind Milan, whom they will face on Friday in the early match of the 32nd round of Serie A.
Here are Di Natale's words:
"Udinese is a good team, with a good coach. They are showing they can compete with anyone; I hope Udinese gets a good result against Milan. I congratulate the club because Udinese is having an important season."
Then, his opinion on Lorenzo Lucca, who is linked to Milan:
"Lucca has shown he is strong, he's an interesting player. I know many teams want him; I hope he continues like this, because he has a bright future ahead, even with the National team."
On the possibility of returning to the field, Di Natale said:
"The years go by for everyone, but every now and then I touch the ball because it's something I was born for, I enjoy it. I will be a guest of striker Picci in the Kings League, then maybe we'll see... If there's a desire to play a few matches, I’ll do it gladly, but I first need to understand how it works. We'll see, I've had many requests. But there's running to do; if I'm physically well, I can play a few games."
