Alfredo Pedullà, journalist and transfer market expert, spoke on his YouTube channel about the rumors surrounding the next AC Milan coach:
“Maurizio Sarri would like to have one last experience in his career, in Italy with the right club, to make a grand return through the main door. Sarri is still being considered as an option for the Milan bench, and right now, he wants to wait. Usually, when someone waits, it’s because they have hope—or more than just hope."

Pedullà added:
"The last Italian coach Milan contacted was Sarri himself last December, but they couldn’t reach an agreement over a six-month contract. If it were to be him—considering many of the names mentioned are unrealistic or were never truly considered—I think the priority would be the defense, especially knowing how he works in that department. A defense like this is unwatchable, you can’t offer that at any level.”
