Alfredo Pedullà, a journalist and expert in the transfer market, in a video uploaded to his YouTube channel, talks about the contractual situation of some of the best goalkeepers in Serie A, including that of Mike Maignan with Milan.
"What remains from the last matchday of the league? In my opinion, some madness in the choices. For example, I think it's crazy not to have renewed Svilar. […] And when I say this, I also think about Maignan, and all the market-related events connected to him that lead to some question marks. For me, not renewing his contract would be a mistake," as relayed via Milan News.
Pedullà continued to talk about Maignan's situation among other profiles:
"Caprile’s agent, Battistini, made me smile a bit when, commenting on a rumor about Caprile to Milan, said: ‘By now, it’s the bartenders who give you the news.’ It’s a way of downplaying things, of showing how much is said and written.
