It's a continuous up-and-down, a rollercoaster. With Friday’s victory over Udinese, Milan has once again inserted itself into the race for Europe, which involves as many as 10 teams, some aiming for the Champions League, some for the Europa League, and others for the Conference League.

The fourth place has slipped away, now 10 points away, and the Rossoneri side must try to get into Europe, even if through the back door, because a club like this cannot stay out of everything, it simply cannot afford to.
The Europa League is now the new minimum objective, attainable not only through the Coppa Italia but also via the league, given that fifth place is currently 6 points away. The difference will be made in the head-to-head matches against Roma, Bologna, and Atalanta that await Milan, in what is expected to be a fiery end to the season, with Il Corriere dello Sport headlining this morning’s front page:
"Europe chills, a sprint like never before."
