Alessandro 'Billy' Costacurta, former AC Milan defender and currently a pundit for 'Sky Sport', gave an interview about the Rossoneri to La Gazzetta dello Sport, published in today’s edition. Here are his thoughts on what he believes should be Milan’s priorities in the summer transfer window.
"First of all," he said, "I want to point out that the January transfer window itself showed Milan's desire to improve. There was a strong commitment from both the management and the ownership. The players that were brought in — regardless of their current performance — confirm this."
Costacurta continued to talk about the Rossoneri club:
"We’ll be able to evaluate Giménez more thoroughly later on, but at the time he was an excellent choice. Walker is a player who could be useful to any team in Europe."
