Today's edition of Gazzetta dello Sport headlines this morning:
"Conceição the anti-Inter. For the fans, he is now a hero."
The clear 3–0 victory in the derby and the reaching of the Coppa Italia final has brought great enthusiasm back to the Rossoneri's home. Yesterday at Milanello, the fans present outside the gates applauded the players and Sergio Conceição, to whom a chant was also dedicated ("Sergio, Sergio, Sergio").

This show of affection obviously pleased the Portuguese coach, but he does not intend to get too carried away because Milan has not yet won the Coppa Italia. There is still a final to play against a strong team, and thus there is still one more step to take before smiling and celebrating again.
A thought that Conceição expressed right after the derby:
"It is not Conceição that is important, what is important is winning against Venezia and then, when the final comes, we will be happy to play it. It's not like we have already won it. I am the same coach as two days ago, it's not that everything is wonderful or everything is terrible. We must find balance also on an emotional level, not just as a team."
