In the press conference today after Milan's victory against Venezia, AC Milan's head coach, Sergio Conceicao, spoke about the difficult "trap" which his side managed to overcome.
Here's what he had to say:
Question: Classic trap for Milan, yet you won. What do you think?
"That's exactly how it is, it was a dangerous match, we won in a fantastic way against Inter, today, knowing the group and what they have shown this year, I didn't sleep well, because I knew I had to come here to Venice and it was not easy at all. The water, the boat, only the palm trees were missing: it was a different environment to play in."
You only made mistakes against Atalanta in defense. Have you found balance? Conceicao answered:
"I have no regrets, I didn't have a magic wand to change everything from one day to the next. It was normal, I'm not saying that everything will go well now, but we are trying to be more consistent in our play and mentality."
