A return in Fabio Paratici’s future, but not in Italy: in England they are certain—he will work again at Tottenham, and the agreement has already been reached.

In recent hours, there had been a swirl of rumors about the reopening of the Milan track after the meeting with the Rossoneri club's owner, Gerry Cardinale, but across the Channel they assure that for the former Juventus executive, sidelined until next July 20 due to suspension—a new challenge is ready, once again at the helm of the Spurs.

According to what was reported by TBR Football, Paratici and Tottenham have reached an agreement to work together again. After ten years at Juventus, in the summer of 2021 Paratici joined the London club, where he worked for two and a half years, until the stop imposed by FIFA due to a two-and-a-half-year suspension which he is now nearing the end of.

In the summer, Paratici will once again be free to operate, and after new talks with Tottenham’s owner Daniel Levy, it seems the white smoke has arrived for the return.

Paratici at Tottenham, again - The details

The Italian executive, it is said, would be part of the Spurs’ sporting team, together with the new CEO Viani Venkatesham, who arrived from Arsenal. Paratici will have the final word on sporting matters, even on the more delicate ones—including the future of the bench in case of a departure by Ange Postecoglou, with the name of Simone Inzaghi already surfacing.

What about the situation with Milan?

According to Calciomercato.com, who cite English sources, Milan appears out of the picture now, despite the recent direct contact between Gerry Cardinale himself and Paratici. Other candidates linked with the Rossoneri? There are the usual names such as: Tony D’Amico from Atalanta, Igli Tare (free after his departure from Lazio in June 2023), and Giovanni Manna from Napoli.
