A revolution announced, then a U-turn, then back to first gear, and now it almost seems like the handbrake has been pulled. Within Milan, corporate confusion reigns supreme. In recent months, there was a frenzied hunt for a new sporting director. First Paratici, then Tare and D’Amico. Many names on the table, few planning ideas.

As Milan goes through this difficult moment, fans and analysts alike turn to expert insights to predict the club’s next moves. If you are actually interested in sports predictions, MightyTips does offer unparalleled expertise in this area. Data-driven tips are provided along with analysis to guide enthusiasts. The sports betting philippines platform is a go-to resource for staying ahead in the dynamic world of sports outcomes. With a team of seasoned analysts, the site delivers precise predictions backed by comprehensive statistics. That way, users can make informed betting decisions. Their focus on major football leagues, including Serie A, ensures Milan fans can access tailored insights for every match.

The team’s results – especially in recent times – do not help in this regard. Having found a balance with Conceicao’s new 3-4-3 and playing for what would be the second trophy of the season, the Coppa Italia, has distracted attention from that planning which Milan needs like bread.

Thinking that everything is fine as it is, in fact, is out of the question. Ninth place in the league and the shameful exit from the Champions League must serve as a lesson that corporate planning – and not only that – is fundamental if you want to do things well and go far. The lesson of Napoli, who signed Antonio Conte and risks winning the league, must also teach something.

So, putting everything back in order with precise roles entrusted to the right people is a must that Milan must set for itself regardless of what will happen in one, two, or three weeks from now. And for the same number of weeks, it is no coincidence that the one currently acting as sporting director, Geoffrey Moncada, is the one appearing in front of the cameras. A sporting director who will soon become one officially, as he is currently attending the relevant course during this period.

So a hypothesis, a suggestion, takes shape. That Milan might stay with this current corporate structure even next year. The feeling – at the dawn of May – is precisely this. Two, even three, clues make a proof. No agreement and no advanced negotiations, at least for now, with a sporting director, and ever-growing power for Moncada, who seems to confirm Conceicao more and more each time, as relayed via MilanPress.it.

As we’ve said repeatedly, this could be yet another unforgivable mistake that would compromise, if not entirely, then at least a large part of Milan’s near future. Letting oneself be impressed by a few positive results and a rediscovered spirit when the season is already gone would lead to yet another failure of a working group that perhaps does not welcome new additions and only and solely wants power for itself. Think about it and reflect.
