Gianluca Di Marzio, the well-known journalist, has commented on AC Milan's situation.
Here are his words:
"Today, Milan is missing the sporting director. If it is going to be Moncada, he must be made official immediately. As for the bench, in my opinion, they need an Italian coach who knows our football and our league well. The transfer market must be handled by the sporting director and the coach; you can't do it just by looking at algorithms. The market must be done together with the coach you will choose."

Who will be Milan's coach next year?
"Surely not Conceiçao; we will see what the Rossoneri club's choice will be. First, however, they need to appoint the sporting director; if they don't want to hire one, then they should make Moncada official. Then it will be up to him to choose the coach and to handle the transfer market with him."
