It is no secret that Manchester City have set their sights on Tijjani Reijnders: Pep Guardiola, after De Bruyne’s departure, wants to entrust the Dutchman with the keys to the Citizens’ midfield. As reported this morning by Corriere dello Sport, it is a matter of days before the first official offer is sent, which should be slightly over 55 million euros. That is too little for Milan, however, who will only consider proposals starting from 70 million euros.
In addition to Manchester City, Real Madrid have also shown interest in Reijnders, one of the few bright spots in Milan’s disastrous season. The Spaniards have inquired about the Dutch midfielder, and for this reason, it is not ruled out that a bidding war could break out among the biggest clubs in the world for the former AZ Alkmaar player.
