During the usual appointment with the Chiamarsi Bomber podcast "Aria Fritta," Fabrizio Biasin gave a rating to Milan's season (4), justifying the harsh failing grade:
"For me, it’s a 4. Two points for the derbies, because they ended the season without losing even a single derby. Two points for the Supercoppa. The rest is a tragedy—not so much for what happened, which still did happen, but for what might not happen, because to me it seems like Milan hasn’t learned from its mistakes and is heading down the same path next season. That would be a mortal sin."

"The cherry on top of the cake of this failed season is the relegation of the U23 team to Serie D. It’s the embodiment of how improvisation reigns at Milan right now. I mean, you launch a project that in some way is important, and you abandon it right after it's born. You abandon it to the point where Milan gets relegated to Serie D because some players couldn’t even play in the playouts since they weren’t used for the minimum number of matches required. They drop to Serie D, and the first statement about this failure is: 'Well, Serie C, Serie D, it’s all the same.' Are we joking?"
