A lot of space has been given to Milan in the newspapers in these days. The season has ended with the Rossoneri failing to achieve anything significant, as they finished in mid-table and, qualification to any European qualification and with a loss in the Italian cup fixture. There is a lot to talk about, on matters that relate to the pitch, but also beyond it. Let’s now take a look, then, at the most important news published in these weeks.

Milan coach, could the Rossoneri change ahead of next season?

The club has decided who the new sporting director is: Igli Tare. Now, as a consequence, other decisions should follow. The first one will have to concern the bench. Does Sergio Conceição no longer have any chances? In recent months, Allegri, Italiano, and Conte have often been mentioned, but the Portuguese coach could still stay according to a few reports.

As Milan fans anxiously await the clash against Bologna and the Coppa Italia verdict — which could decide Sergio Conceição’s future — many are turning to casinobonusca.com to pass the time and entertain themselves as well. The platform, in fact, allows the Rossoneri supporters to explore top-rated Canadian casino offers, from no-deposit bonuses to exclusive welcome packages. With over 100,000 monthly users, the platform is trusted for its accuracy and updates — so while the club weighs major decisions, fans can enjoy a distraction with real value. Whether you’re analyzing the tactics for today’s match or debating Conceição’s odds of staying, you can claim verified casino bonuses in minutes and play responsibly in the meantime. It’s a fitting way to enjoy a pre-match boost, just like Milan hopes to do later on the pitch.

According to the latest newspapers reports, though, including Il Corriere della Sera, Milan would be inclined to change coach, as they could unilaterally terminate in June. Who could Igli Sari choose, along with CEO Furlani, to replace the former Nantes and Porto tactician? There are several names on the shortlist, reportedly, such as Massimiliano Allegri, Thiago Motta, and even Roberto Mancini. These three figures are currently free from contractual obligations. As for Antonio Conte, he may be on his way to Juventus after winning the Scudetto win Napoli while Vincenzo Italiano, should renew his contract with Bologna.

Transfer market - Could Tonali join Milan rivals Juventus?

“It is worth emphasizing how active Juventus is in trying to gather (numerous and detailed) information from the entourage of Sandro Tonali.”

This is how Gianluigi Longari, transfer market expert, spoke about the future of Sandro Tonali. The former Milan midfielder could return to Italy. Here is the latest from Sportitalia:

“The first inquiries between the parties took place in December, when the former Rossonero was not yet playing with great consistency after the suspension and [sporting director] Giuntoli had started to sniff out the deal.”

Longari continues:

“A thread that has never been broken since then, up to the most recent contacts — both with the presence of Tonali’s agent, Beppe Riso, during the recent trip to Parma, and with a face-to-face meeting between the two just this week. Newcastle places a legitimately high valuation on him, and there would be no shortage of competition. Juventus will give it a try.”

Could Rafael Leão or Tijjani Reijnders be among the sacrifices made by the Rossoneri management?

Milan has missed out on European qualifications, and while Giorgio Furlani recently stated in an interview that the club is not in a position where it must sell key players, the growing interest from top European clubs in Rafael Leão—and from Manchester City in Tijjani Reijnders—cannot be denied. Theo Hernandez and Mike Maignan could leave if suitable offers arrive. For Leão, possibilities in the Premier League remain alive, too.

Arsenal and its new mastermind Andrea Berta are reportedly very fond of Rafael Leão, Milan’s forward.

This was discussed by Gianluigi Longari, transfer market expert, who also reviewed many Serie A moves, including Milan’s. Here is the latest on the Portuguese winger from Sportitalia:

“Arsenal is not at all scared by a valuation which, according to the Rossoneri, should at least approach the triple digits. The discussion has not yet deepened, and in the background there are Saudi sirens ready to offer golden bridges to convince the Portuguese to embark on a new adventure.”

“A curious boomerang effect is being observed here in Milan in the hours following Inter’s magnificent qualification for the Champions League final in Monaco on May 31.”

This was how journalist Franco Ordine talks about Milan’s current situation, referring to Paolo Maldini, Sergio Conceição, and the transfer market. For perspective and context, here are his words in an Il Corriere dello Sport edition on May 9, 2025

“In the Milan world, the poison, harsh criticism, and regrets (for the Maldini era) are multiplying, and threats are returning of organizing massive demonstrations of dissent. It is as if the success of the Inter model is coming back around — like a boomerang — and hitting Milan’s silhouette, starting with the club’s management. While transfer market rumors disperse through various channels, the option of Sergio Conceição’s potential confirmation is gaining a few more points.”
