The AC Milan transfer market is just getting hotter. There is a lot of work for Igli Tare, the newly-appointed sporting director, to do. In the fourth floor of Casa Milan, he has many dossiers to sort through, from contract renewals, to potential departures of some players, along with reinforcements that must be made in order to provide Massimiliano Allegri with the right players who can suit his playing style.

One player who could be a really valuable addition and asset in the future may come from Spanish giants Real Madrid. In fact, according to the latest news reported by the Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo, though, both Juventus and AC Milan have shown keen interest in the 18-year-old Brazilian forward Endrick.

One thing for certain, however, is that young athletes who aspire to become like Endrick must know how to navigate between the world of Football and their education. Talent on the pitch is only part of the equation. In today’s competitive world, a strong educational background is equally vital to stand out and build a sustainable career and make good choices off the pitch as well. But between playing for your team and chasing your own academic goals, you might find yourself wondering one day, “When and how am I going to do my paper?” That’s where the 'Write my Paper' service comes in, as it is a perfect solution for young players and fans alike. There, you can find important academic support with 100% human-crafted, plagiarism-free papers across 115+ subjects. Their verified writers deliver high-quality work tailored to your needs while you try to focus on your sporting career.

Speaking of the transfer market again, it should be noted, though, that the La Liga club, Los Blancos, are reportedly leaning towards the idea of including a buy-back clause, similar to the agreements with AC Milan and Como for Alex Jimenez and Nico Paz respectively.

The 18-year-old gem from Brazil, is a talented left-footed forward. His abilities are not in doubt. But, he has not been able to feature all of his potential in the season that has just ended. In total, he clocked just 847 minutes on the pitch spread across 37 matches between La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and Copa del Rey competitions. He scored 7 goals while providing one assist.

According to Transfermarkt, Endrick's transfer value is set at 40 million euros. His contract runs until the summer of 2030. He joined Real Madrid coming from Brazilian side Palmeiras last July 2024 for a fee around 47 million euros. He is represented by Roc Nation Sports, an agency with which Milan had a partnership in the past, and therefore, negotiations might be slightly facilitated by that fact.

Serie A may not be the only possible destination for Endrick

According to different sources, suitors are not lacking for the wonderkid in question. In fact, even Chelsea, who boast a roaster full of young talents, could be the club where he eventually lands on loan. But, some Bundesliga clubs could be in the picture. The latest report, however, discusses the interest of Paris Saint-Germain.

For the French club, they would be willing to try signing him on a permanent transfer, however. To lure him in, and convince Real Madrid, a lucrative offer would be needed.

Back to Milan, who could be an alternative option to sign if Endrick trail is too difficult?

For the Rossoneri club management, they will have to find some important young profiles with a lot of potential to grow and unleash it under the guidance of experienced head coach Massimiliano Allegri. For us, there are two notable profiles that are worth at least a look:

  • Manfred Ugalde:  This player is a really interesting profile. He is 23 years old and stands at 173 centimetres tall and has a valid contract until the summer of 2028 with Spartak Moscow. His transfer value should be at about 15 million euros. In the domestic Russian league and Cup, he has managed to score 18 goals and provide 6 assists to his teammates after 36 appearances. In total, he played 2605 minutes this season. The Costa Rican could form an interesting alternative in the lineup to Santiago Gimenez especially with Tammy Abraham and Luka Jovic's futures uncertain.

  • Santiago Castro: This is a more familiar name and face for AC Milan managers to monitor. He is Bologna's star forward (along with Dan Ndoye). The Argentinian 20-year-old has already scored against Milan in Serie A on February 27, 2025. He is right-footed, with an Italian passport, and stands at 179 centimetres tall. His contract runs until 2028. This season, between Serie A and Coppa Italia, he managed to find the back of the net ten times and also made 8 assists in the process. In total, he played 2820 minutes spread across 46 appearances.

Options are not lacking for the Rossoneri to find the right partner for Santiago Gimenez up front (or backup). Igli Tare is a veteran executive with an eye for young talents, as seen during his experience with Lazio from 2008 until 2024. Only time will tell if the 7-time Champions League winners can find the missing piece of the puzzle in the summer transfer window.
