The love story between Theo Hernandez and Milan is destined to end this summer.
La Gazzetta dello Sport writes this morning that it was the player himself who made known to the Rossoneri club his desire to try a new experience in his career, also because, at the moment, the gap between the offer and the demand for the contract extension between the parties is enormous.

Where will Theo Hernandez go after Milan?
Agent Quillon is reportedly speaking with all those (European) clubs that could be in search of a full-back of international caliber like the Frenchman. For its part, Milan would not even rule out the possibility of selling him within Italy, provided, however, that the offer is appropriate.
At the moment, though, there would be nothing concrete for Theo Hernandez except for the €18 million per season offer from Al-Hilal, which is reportedly doing everything possible to convince him to join the Saudi project before the start of the Club World Cup. Despite the rich offer, however, the Frenchman is reportedly not entirely attracted to this destination.
Who would replace Theo Hernandez at AC Milan?
Given what the former Real Madrid left-back has been and given to Milan, replacing him will certainly not be easy, but Igli Tare is reportedly already at work to do so. Over the past few months, there has been much talk about how the Rossoneri were closely monitoring Maxim De Cuyper of Club Brugge, but the favorite of the new sporting director is said to be Destiny Udogie, fresh off winning the Europa League with Tottenham. Of course, we’re not talking about the best of defenders, but due to his age (22 years), nationality (Italian), and growth potential, he is considered a safe investment.
