AC Milan is preparing to face another summer of changes: with Igli Tare joining the management team and Massimiliano Allegri returning to the bench, the Rossoneri club will attempt to launch a new cycle—a mission that failed spectacularly last year in the post-Pioli era.
Speaking about the new Milan coach is journalist Alessandra Bocci, a well-known writer for La Gazzetta dello Sport with many years of experience covering the club, who appeared as a guest on Carlo Pellegatti’s YouTube channel. Here are her remarks.

Can Massimiliano Allegri manage Rafael Leao? Is this his last chance?
"I believe Allegri appreciates players with good technique, so I don’t see why he wouldn’t try to reactivate what’s gone dormant in Rafael Leao, who is one of the few players in Serie A that can truly make a difference—but who tends to be inconsistent. Now, talents rarely have great consistency: I’d like to refer to Alcaraz (the tennis player), some personalities go through ups and downs. Allegri’s main goal is to get Leao to make that mental 'click' he hasn’t quite made yet. When Ronaldinho left, Allegri told me: ‘If he had even wanted to train two or three times a week, he could’ve played until he was 40 or beyond because he was the best of them all.’ Allegri likes technical players—he grew up in football under Galeone, and you can’t say Galeone didn’t love beautiful football."
