Interviewed by Gazzetta dello Sport, Federico Chiesa, Liverpool forward, spoke like this about his future and a possible return to Italy, perhaps to Milan where he would reunite with Massimiliano Allegri, his former coach at Juventus:
"Returning to Italy? It will be a topic to deal with in the summer. My agent, my family, and I have an excellent relationship with Liverpool. The goal is to be ready for the training camp, we will look for the best solution for everyone.

Chiesa added:
"Going to Allegri’s Milan? A lot has been said about it, but I have great respect for Max: he gave me a lot, last year I started off strong. He is a winner, for Milan he is a great choice. He made me understand that I could play as a second striker, broadening my horizons. Sousa gave me my debut in Serie A and with Mancini I reached the highest point at the Euros, but Allegri gave me a lot in terms of personal growth and style of play. How long has it been since I heard from him? He called me in September to wish me luck for Liverpool. It was very nice of him."
At Casa Milan, Igli Tare is already moving as the new sporting director and is also planning the summer transfer campaign. Among the possible targets for the Rossoneri could be Federico Chiesa, winger for Liverpool.
This was reported on X by DAZN journalist Orazio Accomando: "Milan will make an attempt to bring Federico Chiesa back to Italy." This season, the former Juventus player won the Premier League with Liverpool and made 14 appearances in all competitions, scoring two goals.
