There are no more doubts or ongoing negotiations: Tijjani Reijnders will be a new Manchester City player. A full agreement has been reached with Milan for the transfer of the Dutch midfielder, who leaves the Rossoneri after two seasons, 104 appearances, 19 goals, and 9 assists.
In fact, as confirmed by our correspondent Vito Angelè, the Premier League giants have closed a deal for a fee around 70 million euros. The Dutchman, formerly of AZ Alkmaar signed the renewal recently with AC Milan knowing that he might be sold elsewhere.
The 26-year-old was sure to leave. He said goodbye to San Siro by walking around the pitch with his son after the last game against Monza. He had cancelled holidays in Spain and Greece to stay in Como because he knew he had to play the World Cup with his new club.
