Milan has a new intriguing idea for the goal and it goes by the name of Noah Atubolu. At just twenty-three years old, he already has 75 appearances with Freiburg, with whom he finished fifth this season in the Bundesliga. Captain of Germany’s Under-21 team, he is currently at the European Championship for the category with Germany, where he will be closely watched by Premier League clubs and by Milan itself.

Who is Noah Atubolu?
Atubolu is considered one of the best talents in German football and is highly regarded at Freiburg, the club where he was born and where he also grew professionally. He went through all the ranks: Under-17, Under-19, then the second team with 81 matches, and afterwards already 6,733 minutes with Freiburg's senior team. He led them to European qualification, and in recent weeks he has been strongly followed by West Ham in England and, according to German media, also by Bayer Leverkusen in Germany.
Maignan-Chelsea, Milan in search of a replacement
Milan is moving to find a possible replacement for Mike Maignan, who has decided he wants to go to Chelsea, even though — for now — there is no financial agreement between the Rossoneri and the Blues regarding the transfer fee. But to avoid being caught unprepared, Igli Tare and the scouting team led by Geoffrey Moncada are looking for his heirs, both present and future. Atubolu is considered the future of the German national team, as he currently leads the Under-21 side and is also expected to be part of the senior squad's future. Will Milan get there before the competition?
