According to what was reported by Luca Bianchin, journalist for La Gazzetta dello Sport, Strasbourg considers Milan target Guéla Doué a player worth 20 million euros:
"The excellent season,” it reads, “is certainly a factor in the growth of international consideration, as are the qualities of the full-back born in France but an Ivorian international. There is competition for Milan, particularly from Chelsea and Eintracht Frankfurt. Chelsea, naturally, can control the game in this story: the ownership of the two clubs is the same and there have been several dealings between London and Strasbourg."
"One above all: Andrey Santos, a Brazilian whose card is owned by Chelsea, moved to Strasbourg on loan in January 2024. He is a central midfielder but scored 10 goals in the last French league season. Very strong.”
