The AC Milan club management, with Igli Tare working on securing some new signings (besides making way for some exits), is looking to strengthen the midfield department. Besides Luka Modric, it seems that the focus is now on Torino's Italian player Samuele Ricci.

In fact, as per our correspondent Vito Angele, the Rossoneri club directors are closing in on a deal worth around 25 million euros for the 23-year-old talent, formerly of Empoli. Once a few minor details have been settled between all parties involved, Ricci would then be in Milan in order to initiate the medical examinations and fitness tests prior to signing on a contract which will tie him to the red and black side of the city.
What are Samuele Ricci's numbers with Torino?
According to Transfermarkt, the player's value should be around 30 million euros. His contract with Torino runs until the summer of 2028. In the 2024/2025 campaign, he made 36 appearances between Serie A and Coppa Italia, scoring one goal and providing two assists in the process. On the pitch, he clocked a total of almost 3000 minutes.
