Milan are pushing for Ardon Jashari, the Swiss midfielder. Club Brugge are standing firm for the 2002-born talent, but the Rossoneri are persistent. Speaking live on Sky Sport, former Swiss footballer Blerim Dzemaili talked about his compatriot:

"I first saw him play 3–4 years ago with Luzern. He’s been a leader from a young age, always has been: he’s always taken on a lot of responsibility, never hides, likes to touch the ball and enjoys playing in front of the defense. In the last game with the national team, he played alongside Xhaka in front of the backline. He’s a player who can cover many roles and has grown a lot in the past year at Brugge."
Dzemaili added:
"We knew he had talent, but we didn’t expect him to do so well already. In the two-legged clash with Ederson of Atalanta in the Champions League, he knocked him out — he really surprised me, surprised me with how much he’s developed in just one year. That two-legged tie against such a player stood out to me — he made major strides already in his first year in Belgium."
