Milan are pushing hard for Jashari from Club Brugge, relying on the player’s strong desire to wear the Rossoneri shirt. However, the Belgian club doesn’t seem inclined to significantly lower their demands for the midfielder. Matteo Moretto spoke about the situation in a video published on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel:
"Milan are working to improve their squad by adding pieces like Jashari. There are some updates: Jashari has given absolute priority to Milan, even though there may currently be interest from other clubs, like Borussia Dortmund. The player has made it clear that Milan is his first choice, and he has communicated that to Brugge: he wants to go to Milan."

"Of course, an agreement between the clubs is still needed, and on that front, there’s also an update. In the past few hours, Milan have raised their offer: they’ve reached €30 million plus bonuses. However, I understand that this is still not enough. Brugge are asking for a fixed base of €35 million, plus bonuses to reach €40 million in total."
"The player is waiting for Milan to make another bid, to push even further. It’s essential that Milan increase their offer if they really want Jashari, trying to get as close as possible to Brugge’s demands. We’ll find out in the coming hours and days—though I’d say more hours than days—whether Milan are willing to raise their offer to get the deal done."
As things stand, Jashari wants to go to Milan.
"He’s waiting for another move from the Rossoneri, who have gone up to €30 million plus bonuses. Brugge are asking for €35 million plus bonuses. We’ll see what developments this negotiation might bring."
