An idea for Torino: Lorenzo Colombo has returned from his loan at Empoli due to the Tuscan club's failure to redeem him for 7 million euros. The 2002-born striker is coming off no fewer than five temporary stints since 2021, while always remaining tied to Milan.

On Monday, barring any currently unforeseen developments, he will join the squad for the training camp at Milanello.
As reported today by Tuttosport, the center-forward is one of the names on Torino's list, both as a backup to Duván Zapata and as an alternative to the Colombian in case he does not recover well from the injury that affected his last season. However, he’s not the only one: there’s also interest in Giovanni Simeone, M’Bala Nzola, and Cristian Shpendi. At Torino, he would be reunited with Marco Baroni, with whom he secured safety at Lecce during the 2022/23 season.
