Yesterday officially marked the beginning of Max Allegri's 2.0 era at Milan. The Tuscan coach entered the gates of Milanello shortly after 8 a.m. and met an initial group of players who underwent physical and athletic tests.

Today, a second group is scheduled to arrive at the Rossoneri training center to go through the same program their teammates completed 24 hours earlier.
Then tomorrow evening, everyone will head into training camp at Milanello to be ready for the first official day of preseason, set for July 7. This morning, La Repubblica headlined its piece on the new “Allegri-style” Milan project with:
“Starting again with Leao and keeping Maignan”
Two key players for a team aiming to be successful not only in Italy but also in Europe.
